Where do its answers come from?

From your Matably data: diary, guest profiles, services, menus and figures. It cites the reservations and profiles it consulted.

Can it act without me?

No. Every action, a reservation or a campaign, arrives on a ticket that you confirm, edit or decline.

How many messages do I get each month?

10 on Starter, 300 on Pro and 1,000 on Maison. Voice mode uses the minutes of your plan.

What do I need to connect it to Claude or ChatGPT?

A Pro or Maison plan, and a Claude or ChatGPT account that accepts connectors. By default, administrators are the ones who connect an assistant.

Can the assistant see my guests’ contact details?

Not by default: basic access lets it look up and book, with contact details hidden. You choose the access level, and every action is written to the log.
