How do WhatsApp campaigns go through Meta?

Each marketing message uses a template submitted to Meta, sent from your official WhatsApp Business account. Matably leaves out guests who have opted out, and you can limit each guest to one campaign every 7 days.

Which number do the WhatsApp messages come from?

Yours. Matably connects to your official WhatsApp Business account through Meta’s API: your guests see your restaurant’s name, not an unknown number. Emails go out in your restaurant’s name, and replies come back to you.

Can I measure the results of a campaign?

Yes. For each campaign, Matably shows the messages sent, delivered and read, and the bookings that come from them.

What is included in my plan?

Email campaigns are in every plan: 2,000 emails a month with Starter, 10,000 with Pro, 50,000 with Maison. WhatsApp campaigns, automations, segments and analytics are included in Pro and Maison.

Are WhatsApp messages charged?

Matably charges nothing per message. Meta may charge for WhatsApp messages according to its own pricing and your usage, directly on your WhatsApp Business account.
