  • Customer service 7 days a week and free training on the software, according to its offers page.

What you keep when you leave.

Switching tools does not mean starting from zero.

  • Your contacts and your history. Our team imports them during setup.
  • Your file, exportable. You export it whenever you like, without asking.
  • Your shopfront, if you want it. Keep TheFork as an extra channel: direct booking becomes the rule.

Can I keep TheFork alongside Matably?

Yes. You can keep TheFork as your shopfront and make direct booking the rule: on your website, your Google listing and WhatsApp, reservations go through Matably, with no commission.

Do I lose my history?

No. Our team imports your contacts and your history during setup. You then keep your file, which you can export at any time.

Why not show TheFork’s commission?

Because TheFork does not publish it. Its offers page states a commission “calculée sur un pourcentage de votre ticket moyen par client apporté” (calculated as a percentage of your average ticket per guest brought), without the rate. The calculator uses the one in your contract.

Does Matably bring me new guests, like TheFork?

No, and that is the real difference. Matably is not a marketplace: it turns the guests who are already looking for you into reservations, then brings them back with your guest file and your campaigns.

Keep the shopfront, book direct.

Nothing is charged for 21 days. No commitment on the monthly plan. Cancel before the first payment and you pay nothing.
