So your subscription carries on without a break when the trial ends. Nothing is charged for 21 days, we warn you before the first payment, and if you cancel before then, you pay nothing.

When does my trial start?

The day our team validates your restaurant, not the day you sign up. You get 21 full days to try it in service.

Do the prices include VAT?

No, prices exclude VAT. VAT depends on your billing country.

How does yearly billing work?

You pay 10 months for 12. If you change your mind, the first yearly payment is refunded within 14 days.

Can I change plan?

Yes, from your account. A higher plan applies straight away, pro rata. A lower plan applies at renewal.

Are there fees per booking or per message?

No. £0 per cover, whatever the volume, and nothing per message. Meta may charge for WhatsApp conversations depending on your use, on your WhatsApp Business account.

What happens beyond the voice minutes?

The line pauses rather than billing without warning. You can add the 400-minute add-on at any time.

Can I stop whenever I want?

Yes, the monthly plan has no commitment. And if you cancel before the first payment, you pay nothing.
